I know the feeling, you try and try yet life keeps delaying giving you what you really want! At least, that is how it most definitely feels!

Patience and persistance will bring you what you want. Learn to grow more patient and don’t be lazy!

Do all the work you need to do to bring your goals/dreams closer!!

Keep it up! You are almost there! Just because you can not see how close the finish line is, dosen’t mean you turn back around! Keep going and see what tomorrow might bring!

Changes. We all go through them. The difference is some embrace them while others fight them. Most of us understand the ease that comes with embracing change.

Change is inevitable. The world is ever changing and so are its people. We must move with it, create a flow helping to make the ride smooth. Otherwise we are left fighting the flow or direction of which our life is taking us and we begin creating huge obstacles and inner confusion.

I’m not saying change is easy but let’s not make it more difficult. Besides, the changes-although we may not understand them- are very much a part of our story and we need to allow them to happen.

Go with the flow, see how much easier it is to embrace change!

Changing our old thinking patterns that no longer serve us and finding and creating new thoughts that love and support us are some of the best changes we can make for ourselves! When we dedicate some time to going within, healing and changing. We begin to shift and slowly bring ourselves to a much ‘better feeling place’ inside. All of this time and effort that we put in pays off almost immediately. We begin to see changes quite rapidly in our daily lives. But that isn’t the best part. When a ‘tough’ situation presents itself in your life, what would have felt like a bomb going off in the past, now feels to have a lot less impact. Still challenging, still difficult, but at a fraction of intensity of what it would have felt like had you not done all of that work! This is my favorite part. I have worked very hard on healing myself and bettering myself (I am not done- far from it) but I have come a very long way from where I once was. I am truly grateful!

So do the work, it really is worth it! Just remember you can not wait until the storm hits to start your process of changes. Then it becomes too late. Here is an example I use often when explaining to others – Just like going on vacation and wanting to look great in a bikini means you will have to work out and eat healthy BEFORE you get to your destination, you do not begin once you arrive; it’s too late you are already there. Same goes for life’s challenging experiences, some people ignore doing the work because everything works well in their world at the moment, and as soon as something crashes they search desperately for that “fix me” button!

Don’t be that person. You deserve more than that. Don’t be lazy! Do your work! As the tittle says, when the storm hits, it’s too late so please try to be somewhat prepared.

We all know crash diets don’t work. If someone chooses to remain fit and healthy their whole life, they must lead a healthy lifestyle. This is no rocket science, just common sense. The exact same goes for a healthy mind and soul. If you choose to be positive for 3 hours then go about being negative the rest of the time, well, you won’t really see any change now will you.

Positive thinking, healthy living, attracting only the great things in life requires dedication, training and commitment until it becomes a lifestyle for you. Then you won’t even have to think about it- it will be who you are. How do I know this for sure? From my own personal experience and helping many others do the same. And once you go over that fence and see the way the other half lives, you will never again want to return to that scary place you once knew so well.

Transition and change is very, very possible! It is up to you to get there!

Ahh, the mind. The powerful, almighty tool we have all been blessed with. The one so many of us have learned to fill with fear, tension, stress, panicky, and limited thoughts!

Why? Why choose to keep all those fearful thoughts in there? Do you realize you are the only one who can replace or re-arrange your thoughts? By fearing what goes on in your head you are fearing yourself.

If the thoughts you are having scare you or keep you from achieving your goals, then choose different thoughts!

You can be, do or have all that you desire in this dimension of life! Remember that! Now tap into that driven being of yours and start taking back control of your own mind!

You’ve got to have some intention and you’ve got to create some direction, otherwise you are just going about life unguided and may be attracting all the things you don’t want present in your world.

Even if you are not sure of what you want, you do know you want certain things. For instance I want peace, quiet, happiness, contentment, joy, laughter, abundance of prosperity etc. So I can at least begin by affirming these things for myself.  ”I now allow(insert everything you can think of) to be present in my life. Thank you for these precious gifts!”

Take some time to create what you want to see present in your life- it takes your intention. So what are you waiting for? It won’t happen on its own.

Worry creates more worry, just like happiness creates more happiness. What you give you get in life, it really is that simple.

Worry and stress don’t feel good both physically and mentally. Use emotions that feel good. Try switching over as you start to feel worry, stress, fear or panic. How? Write down a different story: how you would like it to be, or visualize how you would like it to be. Or start a rampage of appreciation. Look within you and around you and start to say thank you for all the plenty blessing that surround you.

Do you know it takes 68 seconds of your focus to shift a thought? That isn’t a very long time- I’m sure you can teach yourself to remain focused for 68 seconds.

Come one, create your own story! One you love to live!!

“There aren’t any good people left! You can not trust anyone! People don’t care!” I hear these words more often today than ever before.

Well guess what, there are people whom cannot be trusted and there are those who truly do not care but there are still plenty, and I mean plenty of us who are truly good! Beautiful hearts filled with good intention and a sincerity to care and help. Gracious souls that fill this planet with their beauty and warm our hearts by their kind gestures!

Want to attract more of these people in your life? Then start emanating those exact qualities you wish to see in others and stop repeating those toxic affirmations that people are horrible!

As a brillant soul once said, “Be the change you want to see in the world”!

Your outlook on life changes everything. Life can seem painful and unforgiving, or it can be a blessing and a joy to live.

What is the difference? Your choices.

The choices you make, make all the difference. The thoughts you choose. The friends you choose. The experiences you choose. Oh wait! You believe you do not choose any of these? But you do! Every single thing that floats around in that mind of yours, you have agreed to let live in there. Those thoughts lead to attracting the people and experiences you find in your life right now. Yup. The quicker you understand this, the quicker you can begin to adjust or change the reality you find yourself living in right now.

It takes time, focus and energy to heal our insides. Living your life in joy, peace and happiness requires your attention at first. It means you must face all that you fear inside of you. Accept it. Forgive yourself, forgive others and move on.

It means you must finally accept that you are the sole provider and care taker of your mind. You must take responsibility for all the thoughts you leave lingering in there. All the ones that bring you down and make you fell sad and depressed must be replaced. No one can do this but you.

Your life, your choices. Stop blaming others. Everything begins with us.
