When selecting a specific bouquet, you may find some dates are greyed out on the calendar. Because we carry limited stock of only the freshest blooms, we may be sold out on occasion for certain dates. We are continually tracking colour trends, and will try to adjust our supply on an ongoing basis to meet demand.
We are always testing new blooms and colours to bring you the most interesting and cutting-edge bouquet options. Our Special Order bouquets usually consist of specialty colours we are considering adding to our everyday inventory based on customer demand. Our Special Order bouquets allow you to order something a little out-of-the-ordinary if you’re able to plan a couple weeks in advance. We will custom order your roses direct from the farm to fill your special delivery!
When working with live flowers, every rose and bouquet is unique. Some variation in colour is normal but the overall quality is what’s most important. On occasion, you may find a petal has become bruised in transport – this is totally normal and easy to fix! Because of the large head size of our blooms, you can simply pull any bruised petals carefully from the base of the rose head and discard.
Our daily deliveries are made throughout the day but should arrive at your destination between 11:00am and 3:00pm, depending on your area. When your delivery is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order is complete. This will confirm that your bouquet was delivered.
Yes! We require a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice for custom and event orders. We will work with you to craft a custom order and recommend beautiful colour combinations to make your event truly special. Please contact us to discuss larger/custom orders.

As an online-only business, we do not have a traditional storefront. To able to provide the most responsive support to our clients, we can offer you the quickest reply through email or live chat.
It is very important to us to try to source our supplies locally, supporting other Winnipeg businesses. Our handmade, signature round box, carry tote box and even our stationary is made right here in Winnipeg. Our flowers are generally sourced from Ecuador and Colombia – known for producing the very best roses in the world.
